About our film “Orange Mound A Black Lecture Critical Race Theory.” In order to produce this film I had to enter a state of Conscience that involves my faith. In regards to the record of not just producing this film I had to call upon the help of the “Gods and my Spiritual Ancestors.” This film is not just a movie, but this film is a movement.
There exist a force in Memphis of White Supremacy, Racism and Black on Black Racism. In regards to “Orange Mound in Memphis” there exist a “planned strategy” to discount, deconstruct, diminish, demolish, demonize and degrade the Black Memphis Community of "Orange Mound."
The Community of “Orange Mound” does not just represent the Blacks in the City of Memphis but “Orange Mound Represents Black America USA.” One way to explain the story is via our newly confirmed first Black Supreme Court Justice “Ketanji Brown Jackson.” Ketanji Brown Jackson represent a win for Black America. Because “Orange Mound” is America’s 1st planned Black Community her story and her success is a win for Black America U.S.A.

Dr. Martin Luther King spoke about “Black on Black Racism.” Dr. King did not call it “Black on Black Racism” Dr. King said “Silence is Betrayal.” Dr. King further said: “History will have to record that the greatest tragedy of this period of social transition was not the strident clamor of the bad people, but the appalling silence of the good people. Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. We are caught in an inescapable network of mutuality, tied in a single garment of destiny. Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly. He who passively accepts evil is as much involved in it as he who helps to perpetrate it. He who accepts evil without protesting against it is really cooperating with it.”
The story of “Orange Mound” is a “Planned White Strategy” to demoralize, degrade and diminish the Black Community of Orange Mound via marginalization and creating “A Negative Trajectory” of the community of “Orange Mound. The greatest example is the story of a criminal or a negative story that gets headlines whereas positive stories go unnoticed.

The tragedy of “Orange Mound” is its “planned in ability to control it narrative.” There is an African proverb that reads: “If Lions were historians Hunters would no longer be heroes.” In regards to “Orange Mound” her glorious and dynamic history is gone untold.

The fact that “Orange Mound” is the 1st Planned Black Community in America place “Orange Mound in the annuals of Black America History and this Black history should be acknowledged and honored.

One case of contrast is that of the Jewish Community teach every Jew the importance of their community and history. Whereas “Orange Mound’s history is purposefully goes untold.” We can tell the story of Harlem in New York whereas we learn about the Harlem Renaissance and there has been countless movies that include Harlem. Most notable is the “Cotton Club of Harlem.” The W.C. Handy Theatre in Memphis feature the same entertainment as the “Cotton Club” yet the story of the W.C. Handy goes untold.

Elmore in the movie notes that the Song “Rocket 88” is considered America’s 1st Rock and Roll Record.” This song was 1st performed at the W.C. Handy Theatre in Memphis April 7th and 8th in 1951. Orange Mound is the only Community in America that has a cultural and historic connection to the father of the Blues W.C. Handy, the King of the Blues B.B. King and the King of Rock and Roll Elvis Presley.

Elvis Presley a White man had connection in Orange Mound that goes untold. It would make great movie just to tell the Elvis Presley story of “Orange Mound.

Elmore notes that he is fighting Memphis White Supremacy, Racism and Black on Black Racism that paints Orange Mound in only a negative image that degrade it great and untold Black history.

The Movie is three hours long and there is too much to absorb in one setting. Elmore notes that “Orange Mound” has to potential of being one of America’s Top Black Tourist destinations.
